I have a great and loving family, a job, a house, lots of insurances, a car, fantastic in-laws, children with none/small problems at school.....and still I am down, low.....
I am trying hard not to show the anxiety and darkness inside of me.

Em - thanks for being so honest. I think a lot of times we only end up sharing the "good" things on the blogs. The Christmas season is hard for many people, I think. It's also so dark outside and we all know what that does to our psyche.
Anyway, I hope you remember not to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. We have someone much better qualified to do that!!
